I Am The World's Greatest Red-throated Pipit Photographer

It is the truth that I speak. Clearly, no superior photographs exist of Red-throated Pipits.

Here is a Red-throated Pipit bellowing, a rarely observed and aggressive behavior.

It's so streaky. And richly colored. And RARE.

This is only the second one I've ever seen. Photographed in Sunnyvale, CA.

  2. Good on ya! That plover is a quality Oregon bird...I havent seen one for years. And obviously, I would kill someone with my teeth to see a Snowy Owl.

  4. Oh Wow!!! I had no idea the pipit was still there at Sunnyvale. I thought it left a month ago.

I'd better get down there quick.

    Thanks for the update.

  5. @Taxman - No, don't do it! These pictures are quite old. Sorry for the lack of clarity...
